We ship handcrafted products from our workshop in Young, NSW, Australia to customers worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Carrier: Australia Post
  • Tracking: Included for all orders

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
  • Cost: Additional fee applies (calculated at checkout)
  • Carrier: Australia Post Express Post
  • Tracking: Included with SMS/email notifications

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders over A$150 within Australia.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Carrier: Australia Post International
  • Tracking: Included for all international orders

Express International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Cost: Additional fee applies (calculated at checkout)
  • Carrier: DHL Express or FedEx
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking with SMS/email updates
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.

Processing Time

All products are handcrafted to order. Please allow the following processing times:

  • In Stock Items: 1-3 business days
  • Made to Order: 7-14 business days
  • Custom Orders: 14-21 business days (we'll contact you with exact timeline)

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at megan@mbdesigns.com.au.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
  2. Provide photos of damaged items if applicable
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

We insure all shipments and will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

Rural and Remote Areas

Additional delivery time may be required for rural and remote areas in Australia. Some international destinations may also experience longer delivery times.
